General conditions

Useful information for making a reservation at Garni Hotel & Apartments Miara.

Apartments

The prices are per apartment per week, including linen and towels.
Bread service and access to the breakfast buffet on request. In winter the use of our new wellness oasis "Miara" (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam sauna, relax silence lounge) is included in the price 3 times a week (Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday). In summer, depending on weather conditions, 2 times a week, the other days against payment. The bathrobes and the coins for the whirlpool are not included in the price. For free: Wi-Fi internet connection.

Rooms

Prices are per day per person including overnight stay and breakfast.

Reduction for children in the parent’s room: 0 - 2 years free of charge, 2 - 6 years 50%, 6 - 12 years 30%, 12 – 15 years 20%. For free: Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Pets

Please understand that pets are not allowed in our Garni Hotel & Apartments Miara.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking house.

Bookings

Reservations are only valid with a guaranteed deposit of 30% of the total amount and with our written confirmation.

Tourist tax

The local tax will be charged additionally. Children and young people under 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is payable on departure and is shown separately in the invoice.

Arrival and departure

Your room/apartment is available on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. Please let us know if you are planning to arrive after 6.00 pm. Please vacate your room/apartment by 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Payment

Please settle your bill on the day of arrival. Up to €4,999 you can pay in cash. From €5,000 we accept debit and credit cards.

Cancellation

Please note that cancellations are accepted only in written form and that the following cancellation terms apply (according to Art. 7 AGB):

  • Up to 3 months: no cancellation fees
  • 3 months to 1 month: 30% of the total amount
  • 1 month to 1 week: 70% of the total amount
  • In the last week: 100% of the total amount minus the costs It.Art.7 AGB
  • For late arrivals, early departures or no show we will charge the total amount of the booked stay.
  • Service charge: €50.00

Travel insurance

When booking, we recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance. It protects you from cancellation fees in case you are unable to start your vacation due to a significant reason.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions

  • Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
  • • The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
  • The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
